- Light sanding and cleaning to remove surface build-up and chalking
- Application of an oxidisation remover to lift oxidisation and often restore much of the original colour
- Neutralising to return the surface to a pH-neutral state, followed by drying
- Application of the first UV-stable, water-based clear coat, which air dries in about 20 minutes
- Application of the second coat, followed by removal of any residue from the glass and a final clean-down
